2008 sees the launch of a fresh service for real estate professionals in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the wider Hunter Region. Purespace is a provider of professional photography, floor plans and virtual tours. In a single visit to a property Purespace will supply strikingly retouched professional images, accurate floor plans available in traditional, colour or 3D format and expertly shot virtual tours all delivered on a next business day promise.

Adam Davies, the  face behind Purespace has 8 years of experience providing property marketing materials to real estate agents in London, the South West of England, Sydney and now here in the Hunter Region.  As well as working as a photographer and floor planner and later as head of training for the in-house photography team at London’s leading real estate company, Foxtons.  He was an early addition to the London team of Big Property Marketing and later spent 12 months in Australia as head of photography for the launch of their Sydney office.  Adam also worked at Quidos in the South West of England photographing some of the UK’s most prestigious country properties before moving here, to the Hunter.

Adam has photographed and floor planned thousands of properties over the past eight years, as well as training over 50 colleagues to provide property marketing materials to exceptional quality standards.
